Pellegrini: Slovakia to back maintaining cohesion policy at EU summit

Slovakia will promote maintaining the current level of funding for Cohesion Policy and the Common Agricultural Policy in Brussels at the upcoming European Council session (December 13-14), said Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini (Smer-SD) at a meeting of the parliamentary committee for European affairs on Thursday. The premier also stated that Slovakia will reject efforts to revise the text of the Brexit agreement, although a supplementary declaration may be possible.
