Pellegrini: I'm not vying for any top post in EU structures

At the end of a two-day summit in Brussels on Thursday, Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini resolutely denied that he's been vying for any top post in European Union (EU) structures. Asked about his interest in the post of European Council president, which is currently occupied by Donald Tusk, Pellegrini said that he's seen information in a Slovak daily on Thursday that he's set to leave Slovakia. [Pravda daily reported on Thursday that Pellegrini had expressed serious interest in becoming president of the European Council.]
