Opposition MPs boycotted Monday's parliamentary session after their proposed amendments aimed at filibustering a final vote on a government bill on overtime rules have been rejected. Several opposition MPs disrupted Monday's plenary session with whistles and shouts after MPs voted down a package of 2,925 amendment proposals submitted by the opposition parties. After the opposition proposals were rejected in a 116:23 vote, opposition lawmakers started booing and whistling. The agenda for the parliamentary session was approved with 117 votes in favour and 10 against, with the whistles and shouts continuing during the vote. After this, the opposition groups, as well as some independent MPs, left the chamber.
