More than half of the trains that replaced old models from 1975 are now out of order, chairman of the opposition OLaNO party Igor Matovic and OLaNO shadow transport minister Jan Marosz pointed out at a press conference on Tuesday. The politicians claimed that train manufacturer ZOS Vrutky (Zilina region) did not provide quality products to the state. The most common faults are problems with the engine, cooling systems, air conditioning, electronics or damaged wheels, said Marosz.
