The Slovak parliament could elect candidates for Constitutional Court judges with at least a "constitutional majority" (90 votes), opposition OLaNO leader Igor Matovic said. In that case, he argued, the government would need to negotiate with the opposition, which, he added, "would be the right way". Matovic added that he considered the current court as "a shame of the Slovak judiciary".
