The number of new jobs available in Poland at the end of the third quarter of 2018 totalled 157,200, up by 19.8 percent year on year and down by 4.6 percent quarter on quarter, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) reported on Monday. The number of new jobs created in the third quarter of the year fell by 0.4 percent from the second quarter and grew by 4.3 percent year on year. In all, 593,300 new jobs were created in Poland over the first nine months of the year. This is 42,200 or 7.7 percent more than in the corresponding period of 2017.
