Number of Czech transplants up 30 pc in past decade

The number of human transplant surgeries has increased by almost one third in the Czech Republic in the past ten years, with a total of 843 organs transplanted last year, the second highest number after 2014, according to preliminary data released by the Transplant Coordination Centre.
