December 10th, 2018
When the amendment to the Supreme Court (SN) act enters into force, there will be no material basis for maintaining the EC's complaint against Poland at the EU Court of Justice (CJEU), Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz said in Brussels on Monday. Poland's third Article 7 hearing is scheduled for December 11 during the General Affairs Council. According to the Polish authorities, there is no longer any reason to continue this procedure. Czaputowicz declared, however, that Poland will answer questions from EU partners.
