The National Security Council approved the Czech cyber security strategy, supported the national radiation emergency plan, and agreed with the policy of economic measures for crisis situations in 2020-24 at its meeting on Friday, the Government Office has said in a press release. The Council also dealt with the security of 5G networks and how the European Commission recommendations for the 5G security are met. The recommendations are based on the 5G Toolbox about the assessment of identified risks and security requirements for mobile operators. The Czech Cyber and Information Security Agency (NUKIB) took part in the toolbox's creation.
