Mrva rejects homophobic banners advocating his mayoralty

Bratislava mayoral candidate Jan Mrva on Friday distanced himself from banners bearing is name and a homophobic message, which appeared on the streets one day ahead on the Bratislava Rainbow March. The banners read, "Homosexuals away from Bratislava - Jan Mrva, the first Catholic mayor". NGO Human Rights Institute is filing a criminal complaint against perpetrators unknown.
