Seven out of ten Czechs would like to spend old age at home, with only one-fourth saying they would go to a care home, according to a poll presented by the Social Work Institute (ISP) today. The poll is a part of the To Live at Home project, which aims at improving home care services and received EU subsidies. The ISP worked with the NMS Market Research agency and 1,000 Czechs aged 18-65 took part in the poll. ISP chairman Jakub Ctvrtnik said developing home care is crucial and the plans should follow the ideas of the clients.
