Morawiecki to present V4 'Marshall plan for Belarus'

Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki will present a "Marshall plan for Belarus", developed by the Visegrad Group countries, to the leaders of the European Union at their next meeting, PM Office head Michal Dworczyk said on Monday. The plan contains "a number of mainly economic proposals ... that would be offered to Belarus if the elections were repeated and conducted properly," Dworczyk said.
