Moody's lowers Poland's GDP forecast for 2019-20

Global ratings agency Moody's lowered its forecast of Poland's GDP growth in a Monday report to 4.2 percent from 4.4 percent in 2019 and to 3.4 percent from 3.7 percent in 2020. Moody's offered no other macroeconomic forecasts for Poland in the June report. The downgraded forecast reversed a move from April when Moody's raised Poland's GDP growth forecast to 4.4 percent from 4.2 percent and provided its first growth estimate for 2020, putting the figure at 3.7 percent.
