Merkel to meet Visegrad Four premiers in Bratislava on Thursday

German Chancellor Angela Merkel will attend the Visegrad Four (V4: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia) summit on Thursday at the invitation of Slovak Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini, the Government Office press department said on Monday. Before the summit, Merkel is slated to meet the Slovak prime minister at Bratislava Castle to discuss Slovak-German ties as well as the current situation in the EU.
