MEP Benova to be responsible for relations with CJEU, EPPO

Slovak MEP Monika Benova (Smer-SD) of the Socialists and Democrats faction confirmed on Thursday that, as a quaestor of the EP, she will also be responsible for relations with the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO). Benova explained that the distribution of portfolios took place during this week's plenary session in Strasbourg. Over the next two-and-a-half years she will also be responsible for matters concerning transport and support services, the mobility of MEPs and certain security questions concerning the premises of the EP and its liaison offices and the agenda for complaints regarding cases of harassment of the institution's employees.
