According to an agreement reached in December, EU citizens already living in the UK will be able to stay after the country's divorce from the European Union, British Prime Minister Theresa May told PAP in an interview. "Since the beginning of the Brexit process, I have prioritised the rights of EU citizens living in the UK, as well as UK nationals living in the EU, because I recognise the huge value they bring to the UK," May said.
