LIBE ctte to prepare report on rule of law in Poland

The European Parliament's Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) has decided to conduct a review and prepare a report on the state of the rule of law in Poland, the press office of the Socialists and Democrats party family has said. The report will be spearheaded by Juan Fernando Lopez Aguilar, a Spanish MEP from the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats.
