Lajcak: We have much in common with Austria in European policy

Slovakia has much in common with Austria in European policy, Foreign Affairs Minister Miroslav Lajcak (a Smer-SD nominee) said following his meeting with Austrian Minister for EU and Constitution Karoline Edtstadler in Bratislava on Wednesday, TASR learnt from Foreign and European Affairs Ministry press department on the same day. The topics of their meeting were the future of the EU and its enlargement, but also the EU's multiannual financial framework. Lajcak and Edtstadler discussed the priorities for the EU's multiannual financial framework for 2021-2027, which is a key agenda for the Croatian presidency and the EU as a whole.
