President Andrej Kiska will make use of his right to send his representatives to the hearings held for candidates for Constitutional Court judges, Henrieta Hajtova of the President's Office press department told TASR on Monday. The representatives will be head of the President's Office legislative section Stanislav Gana and the president's advisor for constitutional issues Marian Giba. According to Hajtova, the president's representatives will be interested in the applicants' opinions on the relationships between the Constitutional Court and other top constitutional bodies, as well as on the biggest challenges facing the constitutional judiciary.
