President Andrej Kiska on Tuesday met Judicial Council chair Lenka Prazenkova, Supreme Court Chair Daniela Svecova and Public Ombudswoman Maria Patakyova to discuss the nominations of top court judges due early next year. The term of office for nine out of 13 Constitutional Court judges is due to expire in February. Parliament will elect 18 candidates and propose them to the president, who will then appoint nine of them.
