Japan PM to visit Slovakia next week

Slovakia will be visited by a Japanese delegation led by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on April 24 and 25. The first ever visit by a Japanese premier to Slovakia was approved by the government on Wednesday. Abe will also meet the prime ministers of the Visegrad Four (V4) Group countries (Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary) "The talks will focus on Japanese-Slovak bilateral questions, exchanges of approaches to the current global political situation with emphasis on relations between the EU and Japan, global economic and security challenges, and cooperation between the V4 and Japan," the Slovak foreign ministry said.
