Poland's Interior Ministry said on Tuesday that it is ready for further talks with the trade unions over pay and conditions for the police and other uniformed services. Both Interior Minister Joachim Brudziński and his deputy Jarosław Zieliński are willing to continue the dialogue with the trade unions, the ministry said in a statement. Brudziński stated that in his view, both sides are equally committed to "ensuring the best possible conditions of service for the officers."
