Interior Ministry: Savings and their quantification not ESO's priority

Achieved savings and their quantification weren't a priority of the ESO public administration reform, they were just a by-product of a process that made state administration operate more effectively, stated the Interior Ministry in reaction to the results of ESO's audit published by the Supreme Audit Office (NKU) on Monday. NKU in its report on ESO's audit for 2013-16 states that it was unable to determine the economic contribution of the reform. The ministry reacted by stating that the savings and their quantification were not the project's priority, just a by-product.
