Industrial production recorded a year-on-year drop of 2.1 percent in June 2019, now reaching the lowest figure since April 2017, the Statistics Office reported on Friday. Factors playing part in this development were the increase in supplies of electricity, gas, steam and air-conditioning by 15.1 percent, increase in mining by 10.9 percent and decrease in industrial output by 4.1 percent.
