Hungarian parlt removes immunity of candidates being prosecuted

Parliament on Tuesday changed rules concerning the immunity of candidates running in national or European parliamentary elections. Under the new regulation, candidates against whom legal proceedings are underway at the time of their nomination will not be entitled to immunity.
