Historian Stehlik, ex-minister Bublan elected to Czech USTR Council

The Czech Senate re-elected historian Eduard Stehlik and newly elected former interior minister and former senator Frantisek Bublan as members of the Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes (USTR) Council on Wednesday despite the USTR unions' protest against Bublan's nomination. Both Stehlik and Bublan were nominated by the Chamber of Deputies, the lower house of parliament.
