The Council of Ministers has adopted a draft amendment to the law on the Polish Space Agency (PAK), the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology announced on Tuesday. The aim of the amendment is to rationalise the agency's activities and redefine its tasks. According to a ministry communique, "PAK, as an executive agency, should support the space industry, the use of space, the development of space technology including satellite engineering, and also research and the exploitation of its results to the economic, defence and security goals of the state."
