Foreign Ministry introduces consular ombudsman for Czechs

A consular ombudsman deals with requests and complaints from Czech citizens and proposals for improving the services of the diplomatic offices as of today, the Foreign Ministry has written in a press release. "We decided to newly offer the new assistance of the so called consular ombudsman to the citizens. At a special phone line or email address the ombudsman will react to the messages from people," Foreign Minister Tomas Petricek said.
