Footballer Weiss Jr. quits national team

Player of the Slovak national football team Vladimir Weiss Jr. has announced that he would not play in the national team until the team is headed by Czech coach Pavel Hapal. The 28-year-old footballer currently playing for Al-Gharafa (Qatar) did not play in any of the two UEFA Nations League matches in November, as the newly appointed Slovak national team coach Hapal left him on the substitute bench.
