The first six soldiers from the Castle Guard, a unit protecting the Prague Castle, which is the seat of the Czech president, have been deployed in the Resolute Support allied mission in Afghanistan within the first foreign mission the unit has ever joined. The six officers are part of the Czech Guardian Angels unit in charge of the safety of Czech pilot instructors and allied English language teachers in Kabul, who regularly fulfil tasks outside the allied base, Lieutenant S.B., deputy commander of the Czech guardian unit, has told CTK.
