Fico: No way that hodgepodge of six or seven parties will work

Smer-SD chief Robert Fico on Tuesday criticised the effort of centre-right parties to set up a "rightist hodgepodge featuring six or seven parties" following the March 10 election. "This solution would be the worst one for Slovakia," said Fico in reaction to the SDKU-DS press conference earlier in the day, at which SDKU chairman Mikulas Dzurinda claimed that Smer's government would be far more dangerous than intelligence games, scandals and never-ending conflicts between the former coalition partners.
