The European Union will reimburse 77 million crowns worth of 75 percent of the costs the Czech Republic paid for its repatriation flights that brought not only Czechs but also other EU citizens home amid the peaking coronavirus crisis this spring, the Foreign Ministry said today. Prague spent a total of 111 million crowns on these flights which brought 5,082 Czechs, 934 citizens of other EU states and 68 non-EU states' citizens from abroad to Prague.
