The course of the EU 'mini-summit' shows that imposing forced relocation onto the member states will not succeed, Deputy Foreign Minister Konrad Syzmanski told PAP on Monday. The deputy minister responsible for European affairs added that the reduced turnout at the 'mini-summit' was in the interests of countries opposed to migrant relocations. European Commission (EC) President Jean-Claude Juncker called an informal meeting of EU heads of government in Brussels on Sunday to discuss the migration issue. The leaders of 16 EU countries who attended neither found a concrete solution to the migration crisis nor adopted a final declaration.
