The so-called Estonian CIT, which shifts tax collection to the moment profits are paid out to the owners, and EU funds from the new budget will be major fiscal inputs for Poland next year, PM Mateusz Morawiecki said on Thursday. The Public Investment Fund, launched this year, will also help the revenue side of the budget, Morawiecki said. The prime minister recalled that over the next seven years Poland will receive around PLN 700bn (EUR 159bn) in EU money. One-seventh of this sum would add some 4.5 percent to Poland's GDP, Morawiecki said.
