Ersek and NDS lay cornerstone of Presov R4 expressway bypass

Transport Minister Arpad Ersek along with National Highway Company (NDS) executive manager Jan Durisin on Tuesday laid the cornerstone for the construction of a 4.3-kilometre bypass section of the Presov R4 expressway that will save drivers roughly nine minutes in traffic.
