February 27th, 2020
The campaign prior to the general election is now over, with a 48-hour election moratorium starting on Thursday, according to the law on election campaigns. During the moratorium it is prohibited to campaign in favour of or against any political party, movement or coalition running in the general election. A ban on publishing election poll results took effect two weeks ahead the election. The moratoriums will last until the end of voting in the general election slated for February 29.
