Economy Minister Richard Sulik will support representatives of the domestic defence industry in exporting Slovak products, Security and Defence Industry Association (ZBOP) President Tibor Straka said on Monday, adding that the minister also promised to assist in negotiations with the state-run Eximbanka in connectionwith project funding. According to Straka, Sulik in co-ordination with the Foreign and European Affairs Ministry will take the necessary steps to speed up licensing procedures in support of exports. He will also, if necessary, solve export problems in connection with compliance with international sanctions and will assist companies in negotiations with Eximbanka, which should finance defence industry projects.
