Dissatsfied small farmers in Bratislava want to discuss land reparcelling

Dissatisfied farmers have reached Bratislava, where they want to voice their unhappiness with the state of agriculture in Slovakia. They were joined by representatives of foresters and surveyors. The centre of the protest is at Tyrsovo nabrezie in Bratislava's borough of Petrzalka. "They came on approximately 140 vehicles, of which more than 100 are tractors," stated Patrik Magdosko of the Farmers Initiative. They want to distribute the tractors across eleven squares in Bratislava. The municipality of Bratislava expects the protest to last until Thursday evening or Friday morning.
