Czechs to build new embassy in Addis Abeba

Czech diplomacy wants to build a new embassy in Addis Abeba by 2025, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zuzana Stichova told journalists today. The Czech Republic already has its embassy in Addis Abeba, which is also responsible for Czech interests in Djibouti, the Comoros, the Seychelles, Somalia and South Sudan. The ambassador to Ethiopia is also the Czech Republic's permanent representative at the African Union and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa.
