CzechRep reports 3,002 coronavirus cases, 24 COVID-related deaths

March 31st, 2020

The number of the confirmed coronavirus infection cases in the Czech Republic has reached 3,002 this morning, up by 184 on Monday and another one on Tuesday. So far, 24 COVID-19 patients have died and 25 recovered, according to the data from the Health Ministry's website. The prognosis of the Czech Institute of Health Information and Statistics (UZIS) saying a week ago that some 3,000 coronavirus cases should be in the country by the end of March has been roughly fulfilled.
