The government will never take blanket lockdown measures again as it did to curb the coronavirus spread in the spring and the Czech Republic needs no special plan for a possible second wave of the pandemic, Prime Minister Andrej Babis (ANO) told reporters on Friday. The opposition should not scare people with the second wave, he said at a press conference after the cabinet's special meeting in the morning.
