Czech top court confirms four years for railway terrorist attack

The Czech Supreme Court (NS) has rejected a petition for an appellate review of pensioner Jaromir Balda and confirmed his four-year prison sentence for a terrorist attack on railways and for threatening with terrorism, the court said on its website. Terrorism means a threat to democracy, a free execution of human rights and the economic and social development, the NS says in its ruling.
