Czech senate wants precise conditions for state attorneys' dismissal

The Senate, the upper house of Czech parliament, wants to strengthen the state attorneys' independence by the introduction of their term in office and more precise conditions of their dismissal in its own draft amendment that senators approved on Wednesday. The amendment will be sent to the Chamber of Deputies, the lower house, now.
