Czech Senate passes higher benefits for care of seriously disabled

January 31st, 2019

The Czech Senate almost unanimously approved an amendment to the social services law raising state contribution to the care for seriously disabled by 4,000 crowns up to 13,900 crowns a month and for the most severely disabled by 6,000 crowns to 19,200 crowns a month. President Milos Zeman is yet to sign the bill into law.
