The EU summit that reached a deal on migration and other issues in the small hours today is an enormous success because it gave up the idea of redistribution of migrants based on quotas, Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis who took part in the summit said. The EU summit agreed that any deal on a reform of the EU asylum system must be approved by all the member states to be effective. "The quotas were an issue for four years and all have given up this issue, it was a big fight. The Visegrad Group was united and we have pushed through our view," Babis said.
