Czech MPs ask Constitutional Court to change way of pension indexation

The Czech MPs for the Pirates, Freedom and Direct Democracy (SPD) and Christian Democrats (KDU-CSL) have asked the Constitutional Court to cancel a provision of the pension insurance law under which pensions are indexed as of their payment day and not a fixed date, they said on Wednesday.
