Five Czech lawmakers and a group of experts from various organisations want to focus on protecting senior citizens from abuse and fraud, deputy Monika Cervickova (ANO) told a press conference on Monday. "The topic of the abuse of senior citizens bothers our society as a whole and we cannot turn a blind eye to it. There are more topics we want to address," she said. The group wants to use the recommendations from the ombudsman's assessment reports, choosing several points to focus on.
