Czech KDU-CSL to file complaint about church compensation tax this week

The Christian Democrat (KDU-CSL) constitutional complaint about the tax imposed on the compensation paid to churches for unreturned property has been signed by 42 senators and will be sent to the Constitutional Court this week, KDU-CSL senators' head Petr Silar said on Tuesday.
