Czech hospice, charity receive European Citizen's Prize
September 18th, 2017
Representatives of the Czech Caritas and the Strom zivota (Tree of Life) mobile hospice on Monday received the European Citizen's Prize, awarded by the European Parliament since 2008. The prize is awarded to support efforts to achieve understanding among EU citizens and the activities expressing the values embedded in the EU's Charter of Fundamental Rights.
