Czech court sends Turkish man to prison for attempted murder

The Olomouc High Court tightened a prison sentence imposed on Turkish businessman Mehmet Olmez for an attempted murder of a Egyptian tradesman in Krnov, north Moravia, by two years to 12 years behind bars on Tuesday. According to the indictment, the act was motivated by jealousy since the Egyptian had allegedly seduced the defendant's wife.
